Let's Play MySims Kingdom - Part 1
So begins the next Let's Play, an often ignored Wii game and the second game in the MySims off-shoot series from the greater Sims franchise, of which many of you will know I am a fan. This turns the first game's formula of collecting essences and building structures and items for residents into a quest across a dozen or so levels, and expands beyond building houses to other infrastructure like bridges, machinery, electricity, and water.
This is probably the most cutesy and child-geared game I've done an LP of on this channel so far, and I know it won't be everyone's thing, but I hope it will be interesting and entertaining for at least some of you, and I'll be sure to have some other stuff running concurrently with this so it doesn't get too one-note. If, like me, you're a fan of building silly things and collecting items and watching number go up, this run should be fun for you.
This video is lengthier than most will be in this run, as I basically just blast through all of the tutorial business, establishing the mechanics of the game and learning how to build the most basic types of structures and learn the various ways you can get essences. Next time we'll be getting more into the game proper with the first real level.
