2Part 7 of my let's play for Nancy Drew Trail of the Twister, game # 22 in the series.
We've finally reached the end folks and good lord can it not come soon enough. Does the end redeem the game in any way? Of course not, if anything it makes it worse!
At this point, there isn't a single suspect I care about anymore because they've all treated us like shit (exception being maybe Chase) and therefore I couldn't give less of a shit what happens to these people at the end of the game. The climax itself is horrible, consisting of all things a literal random error puzzle, and a chase sequence ripped straight out of White Wolf of Icicle Creek (where it was done better I might add).
So glad to be done this one as I never expected the awfulness that awaited me when starting this thing. No joke, this game may has dropped to my bottom five and may have even overtaken Midnight in Salem, which at least had a semi interesting mystery to solve. Hell, it might even be worse than Shadow Ranch if that's possible, as it has all the problematic chores of that one, but a complete wet fart of an ending as well.
We may have saved the town from an F5 tornado, but this game is an F5 on my personal 'piece of shit' meter. Scott's entire storm hunting crew can eat my ass!
