Howdy howdy, railroaders! It's time for another Let's Play, Nimby Rails! We're back in the Kanto Plain region of Japan to continue work on the Japan Rail (and private) Tokyo rail system. We have the JR East Shinkansen running to Omiya Station up north, and have built out the Saikyo line to support it. Time to work on the east side with the Chuo-Sobu and Keiyo Lines...
