Howdy howdy, railroaders! It's time for another Let's Play, Nimby Rails! We're back in the Kanto Plain region of Japan to continue work on the Japan Rail (and private) Tokyo rail system. It's a rainy Sunday in Japan, but that won't stop us from building, as we look to expand service between Tokyo and Yokohama, including adding the Shinkansen bullet trains into the fray.

We hope you enjoy the ambiance of trains running to and from Shinjuku Station in the background.
