Part 2:

We stop off at the 'home base' at the beginning of the next level, stocking up on provisions and gossip. Seems that King Odin's troops are low in number, and his second in command Brigan is a no good jerk. Surely he won't cause us any problems, right? ;)

As Gwendolyn sets out for battle, she's interrupted by a nightingale, who represents her innermost thoughts. The bird tells Gwendolyn she's only going into battle to earn her father's love, and her death in battle will mean nothing to Odin. Gwendolyn can't think of her father's reaction as being the same as his reaction to Grizelda's, and is awash in denial.

We then head into our first battles, becoming accustomed to hitting flying enemies and learning how the map system works.

Sorry about the lack of updates. Everything, from laryngitis, heat waves, and family emergencies have all but sucked up my time. Things finally seem to be calming down. I have more videos of Odin Sphere, but since this is my first with the new set up, I'm seeing how this comes out before uploading more.
