Once Upon a Galaxy is rated ages 9+ on the app store which seems appropriate to me, if even too high. The age rating is more due to in-app purchases and complexity of gameplay. It is free-to-play with no ads and has in-app purchases to speed up progress and make cosmetic changes. I hope you enjoy it, dear viewer!
