OK, so my re-initiation into Operation Darkness didn't go as smoothly or as un-embarrassingly as I'd hoped... I haven't read any strategy guides or watched any let's plays for this but I would imagine my tactics are a little aggressive and unorthodox, especially for this early in the game. Admittedly I am playing a little like I remember the game (that is to say what I remember playing, which is mostly the intense later battles in the game). But I will take full responsibility for forgetting that auto-recovery is an ability and not just something that your guys do on their own....that sucked.
