3WOW, the final battle was sure annoying and frustrating!
I think the most frustrating part of the final battle was failing to collect the giant glob of black paint that would have secured victory the first attempt due to mistiming. As a result, after the game over, I skipped to the moment when I succeeded...thus making it the first time I've actually BEATEN this game.
Overall, I'd say in spite of a few really annoying gimmicks (Kamek, Slurp Guy, etc.), this was a pretty fun game overall...very creative level design and clever writing, especially compared to the previous Paper Mario game, Paper Mario: Sticker Star (not that I thought THAT game was bad...exclaiming an unpopular opinion right there).
Looking forward to playing Paper Mario: Origami King when it comes out three weeks from this video's upload date!
(A side note, I did 100% the museum and colorless spots after finishing recording the main playthrough...wouldn't have been interesting showing me doing that so I did those off-recording in my spare time).
