Let's Play: Pokemon Alpha Sapphire Part 1: Hello, World
5Hello people of YouTube, today I begin my journey through the 3D Hoenn region of Pokemon. I pick a starter, mess around a bit , crack bad jokes, and make observations of things I hadn't seen before. I hope you enjoy, but please be warned the game's audio quality is not very good, as I'm new to this sort of thing. Anyways, come along and have some fun with me and the Pokémon of Alpha Sapphire!
Some preset rules I am using for added challenge:
- No overleveling the next Gym leader's ace (highest level) Pokémon. In the case of the Elite Four, the level cap is the Champion's ace.
- Set mode: I have to manually switch, I do not get the option to know what my opponent's next Pokémon is until they send it out, and I cannot switch in-between each K.O. that I get on any given opponent.
- No off camera shenanigans. Basically, I can't just grind my entire team to perfection, wherever I end an episode is where I stay until the next episode.
- No legendaries are allowed.
Some other things I'll try to do (key word being try):
- Use no in battle items like potions.
- Only use Hoenn Pokémon
