10Nuzlocke Rules
1. If a Pokemon faints it must be considered dead and must be either released or put in a designated PC box Grave and never be used again.
2. Only the first Pokemon seen in a new area town or route can be captured (no exceptions) If the Pokemon escapes or you kill it, then tough luck.
3. All Pokemon must be nicknamed to have a more emotional bond with your team.
4. Only 3 healing items are allowed to be used during a single battle.
