I was careless. After conquering the previous world for our tribe and converting the Dakini braves for slave labor and maintenance of the mana stones, overconfidence swelled in my breast. I projected my spirit through the conduits of mana to the next world, my mind still engrossed in victory, and I did not notice the astral trap until way too late. Now I am a prisoner of the wretched Chumara, trapped in a magical prison that I cannot cast magic from and feeling my energies drain away. Thankfully I managed to throw out a last-ditch conversion spell as my body fell to this small world, and the wildmen in the island hit by the spell quickly built an emergency base to get me out of the Chumara's clutches.

Their foul shaman will not tolerate me long, though. She has perceived my intent to break out, and as soon as the magical prison has sapped all of my spirit, she will trap my soul in oblivion. I must act quickly and pray my followers can hear my thoughts. If I can break down this prison, we can easily destroy the Chumara. There is no time to do anything but escape: I shall work on challenging myself later!
