0This game takes place during Season 2 of the TV show. If you've never seen the show, I actually recommend it. Now mind you, the first season is basically like Loony Toons and you can probably skip that one, but by the time they get to season 4, it's more like Avatar. Code Lyoko definitely took inspiration from this show... And don't watch the "reboot" of "ReBoot"... But I'm getting off topic...
The game itself is super slippery, but you can just tell from looking at it that a skilled speedrunner can absolutely blaze through this game. The worst part of the game is that when you try to close the tears, they pull you in and damage you, and it's really hard to get positioned correctly again.
I don't know why Bob has a gun. It's explicitly part of his character that he doesn't have a gun. It's a huge ongoing gag that the character Matrix has a gun, so Bob really shouldn't have one... but whatever.
