Let's Play Recettear (Part 21)
7We unlock the Obsidian Tower and begin exploring with the various characters we unlocked. I also show off why you should not stay on a floor for too long.
Samhain (Tricks With No Treats):
Samhain floats around and summons pumpkins that bounce off the walls endlessly (or until killed) and both red and green mages. This boss fades in and out but can be hit during most of the phasing in and out so take advantage of that for free hits. Besides summoning minions, this boss will throw the exploding rings similar to the floating Bomb enemies.
With the enemies, it can be a bit chaotic. Just focus on avoiding the magic attacks and get in hits when you can.
ElectroJelly (The Wandering Jellyfish):
The main body of this boss floats above the ground so your attacks will need to focus on the two tentacles that it swings. Attack the limbs between swings and when it spins. It will summon tentacle minions that will rush you and can call giant bolts of lightning that randomly hit the ground. These attacks are pretty easy to avoid but hurt alot if you get nicked by one. Overall, a very easy boss.
