Picking up with most of the same elements as the original: busty heroine who slowly loses clothing as she's injured - check, slowly searching and trying to avoid zombies and other threats - check, a somewhat cumbersome inventory system and 3D printing mechanic for gear that struggles - check... this follow-up feels mostly the same so if you enjoyed the original you may not mind the quirks of this one.
