Let's Play Rogue Legacy Part 1: You Found a Rock!
1The audio for this first video was not set correctly because this is the first time I have used OBS to record on this computer. I used to have my mic audio separated from my game audio, but I don't have OBS set to do that on this computer. I haven't played Rogue Legacy in six years, so this first episode is me trying to learn the game.
Rogue Legacy is a platformer and a roguelite where the player controls a hero as they navigate a dungeon filled with enemies and traps. The dungeon is divided into several distinct areas. When the player dies, they pick a new character from a set of three children, each with randomized classes and traits. Gold and items are carried over, so the player gets stronger with each run as they upgrade the manor, (which can unlock new classes and increase character stats), and buy new runes from the Enchantress and weapons and armor from the Blacksmith.
