Continuing on from the previous part, I start another day by going about my usual morning routine of talking to everyone on the island.
While doing just that, I give Bacchus a shrimp for his birthday, and somehow also complete Joe's request! (I guess you only need to get to the ruins to complete the request!)
Moving on from that, I ramble some more as I check on my crops and monsters.
With it being midnight by the time I finish doing that, I return home.
After making some strawberry jam to increase my cooking skill, (It doesn't even level up due to not having enough RP to do much cooking!) I go to bed.
Waking up the next morning, I once again start another day by going about my usual morning routine of talking to everyone on the island. (I also make a pumpkin tart for Anette.)
Along with talking to everyone on the island, I talk to and give a gift to Anette, and I also get Gerard's sixth friendship event.
How does this one play out? Well Gerard tells us why he left the army and changed his life.
Years ago when he was still in the army, he saw the aftermath of a battle that he didn't take part in.
Seeing a village burned down, and most notably, seeing Quinn and Kelsey, two young children that had just become orphans, is what ultimately led to him leaving the army for good.
Adopting Quinn and Kelsey, Gerard eventually ended up finding Fenith island, and decided to settle down there as a man of god.
Thinking back to that day, Gerard wonders if Quinn, who might have been old enough at the time to remember what happened that day, hates him for being a soldier of the army that burned down their village and killed their parents.
But then Mikoto and Pandora show up to point out that Quinn doesn't hate him, and that Gerard has had a very positive influence on the people living on Fenith island.
Thankful for their kind words, Gerard changes the topic to going out to eat, with him paying for everyone.
With that friendship out of the way, and after talking to everyone on the island, I head home to save the game.
