The music goes quiet periodically during this side mission when the old man is talking even when we're too far away to even hear him. Sam reaches a dead end when the road is blocked by indestructible tentacles. An old woman named Nonna leads him to a shortcut through town. Sam thinks she shouldn't be in town while alien enemy activity is still present. She belittles Sam implying that she's not one to be underestimated.
