Let's Play SIGNALIS Ep.09 Nowhere To Go
On the ninth episode of Let's Play Signalis, Elster has fallen even deeper than the mines beneath Sierpinski and into a decayed, rusty, and fairly disorienting place known only as Nowhere. We still don't seem to be any closer to finding Alina, but at this point there's nothing to do but press on. And after searching around as much as we can, the only path left to us is to leap into a pulsing, fleshy hole. Below, we find Isa being menaced by the Chimera, a fusion of infected Replika models held together by pulsing meat and a rusty cage. After pouring a whole lot of revolver rounds into the creature, Isa finishes it off with the rifle Addler was hunting her with, and knocks herself out in the process. Leaving her to rest in the questionable safety of the meat saferoom, we then explore the rest of the flesh floor and find even more mysterious puzzle items. Back upstairs, we find a room that seems to be an echo of Falke's chamber, and a very important note about "the Dreamer" that seems like rambling nonsense at first. We use some smelling salts to wake Isa from her recoil concussion, and in return she gifts us the silly double barrel tank-hunting rifle. Finally, I manage to remember that we have a built in radio and can use it to play sounds into the microphone I came across earlier, which nets us a bunch of door codes.
