It's time to move our city up in the ranks. Can the city of Valkhorn efficiently reach a healthy population of 100,000? Or can it go even higher? In this episode, I discuss a bit about how land values are sometimes higher around the center of your city, and not necessarily the landform. I also discuss bulldozing some zones to convert them to another type as needed to balance out the numbers. Your RCI meter will give you a clue as to which zones are needed. Our population is starting to become significant, but we're going to need way more than than to become a Megalopolis.
