Let's Play Skyrim - 097 - Frozen time and frozen lands
4I had meant to go after an Elder Scroll last time, but it turns out those books were instead about the strange artifact from Saarthal. Oh well, that's also important, I suppose. After exploring some more and dealing with a few of the repercussions - like a Psijic monk visiting the College and freezing time - we get back on track and search for the archeologist-mage known as Septimus Signus, far to the north in his lair within an iceberg. He's a bit nuts.
