24Let's Play Sonic The Hedgehog 3 Part 8! It's back! After a long hiatus, we're finishing up Sonic The Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles and we're onto the Sonic & Knuckles portion of the game starting with Mushroom Hill Zone, and Tails is still along for the ride! Let's get this Sonic & Knuckles gameplay on the road!
Sorry about the lesser audio quality here, there's some audio peaking and the game music is suuuper quiet due to issues with recording that night. The alternative was to scrap the episodes, and I didn't want to lose these so I hope you like them anyhow!
We're planning to make this a full Sonic 3 walkthrough / playthrough, so get ready for some Sonic The Hedgehog action on the Sega Genesis! We've got Ryan as Sonic, Max as Tails with that player 2 multiplayer action, and I guess Mack can be Knuckles?
I've never beaten Sonic 3 growing up, so this'll be a partially blind Sonic The Hedgehog 3 run I suppose, with some first impressions sprinkled in, and mayhaps a Sonic 3 Review? I mean, sure.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is a platform video game developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega. The third main game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, it was released for the Sega Genesis worldwide in 1994. Following the events of Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Dr. Robotnik's spaceship, the Death Egg, crash-lands on a mysterious floating island. There, Sonic and Tails must once more retrieve the Chaos Emeralds to stop Death Egg from relaunching, while making rounds with the island's guardian, Knuckles the Echidna. Also, fun fact: Michael Jackson had some involvement in the Sonic 3 Music composition.
