Title's referring to the blade incident, the sand blocks, and the fact that you die if you run out of time in a red coin hunt. And the fact that there's no fruit on the beach. After thinking about it for a while I seem to remember it being hidden under the sand, you just squirt around. But that doesn't make any sense either, so the title holds true for that too.
