I've got a Med-Bed! Bwahahahahaha! (this definitely won't cause any dependency problems later on, whaddya talkin about)
List of apologies:
-I chucked away the shotgun but forgot to unload it
-I apparently missed some shotgun ammo back near the start
-I failed to notice that surgical healing unit thingies use 5 nanites for each use, which therefore is the catch (though it still seems like an extremely good deal to me)
-I used armor piercing bullets on an inappropriate target.

I semi-joke, but really, sorry, it's just a lot to remember, and I WILL get it down, but have patience with me. ;P As an aside, the designers seem to have gone out of their way to place important on-screen messages as far away from where your eye will reasonably be at that time as possible, and also to blend them in with the rest of the interface so you'll never even notice them. And stuff. 'Spretty cool.
