1: Intro - Basic Training

Developed by Looking Glass Studios & Irrational Games and Published by EA, System Shock 2 was originally released in 1999 and later rereleased on various platforms.

Playing as one of the UNN Soldiers assigned to the UNN RIckenbacker, the protagonist awakens from time in cryo-sleep after a medical procedure, having a new cyber-rig installed which inadvertently has made him lose recollection of his volunteering for the procedure.

One of the all time great action-rpgs, I hadn't played it prior to now for myself bar the basic training section a couple of times when I've wanted to make a start on a LP but never got around to it until now.

Inspired in part due to a fellow YouTuber, GrimithR and his 'Impossible Roleplay' series and his various streamed series with differing conducts.
