Let's Play System Shock (2021 Demo) Pt.3
15In the third part of this playthrough of the System Shock Medical Demo, we continue our exploration of Alpha Quadrant after crossing the radiation trench in Beta. Pushing forward through a series of laser security barriers, and accidentally having a psychedelic trip by taking a berserk patch, we find the elevator connecting to the other decks. However, so long as SHODAN retains control of the Medical Deck, we're unable to leave. So we need to hunt down those CPU Nodes and break her hold. We also discover and reactivate the deck's Restoration Bay, where we would be rebuilt if we died on this deck. Then, after fighting through a small army of cyborg drones that were on standby in a hallway, I get a little lost trying to figure out where we haven't been. I manage to stumble back onto the correct path when I walk into a gatling-armed Security-1 Robot that proves to be the guardian of Medical's CPU Nodes. I smash them up and piss off SHODAN, but we remove the remaining layers and return to the elevator, where the demo ends.
