Out of all of the games Telltale has announced, Tales from the Borderlands had to have been the strangest. Back to the Future, Monkey Island, Game of Thrones, sure, it makes sense to turn those into episodic adventure games. But Borderlands is Diablo turned FPS and filled with dick and fart jokes. Does it really need to be a narrative adventure? David is joined by massive Borderlands fans Dylan and Random Assault's Alex to find out just how Telltale did in the first episode of their first non adventure video game adaptation.

Tales from the Borderlands is the episodic comedy adventure series from Telltale Games set in Gearbox's Borderlands universe. After the events of Borderlands 2, Pandora has been left in a precarious position. Handsome Jack is dead, but Hyperion still looms and the population of Pandora is pissed. Can Rhys and Fiona discover the mystery behind the vault or are there darker machinations rumbling in the background?
