This is easily one of the most changed areas in the game compared to Turbo, and as a result, inspires a lot of questions to be asked.
Such topics include:
Would the Pegasus exist at all, or even be functional?
Would there be a possibility that Agent 5 would not exist in this timeline, either dead or otherwise?
Could the TSA be manned by other individuals?

With most of these queries, I find that the changes are rather inconsequential. I feel like they would have happened anyway, regardless of the changes in history.
For instance, I feel that the World Science Center rip could have been closely tied with when the Cyrollans first delivered their message.
The game still follows the original timeline, where the symposium is about whether or not to enter into the Symbiotry of Peaceful Beings. With the altered message, being vague, the World Science Center could have still happened, but the symposium could have been about a different topic entirely, focusing on alien contact and defenses, instead of relations.

I keep thinking about how many different ways this game could be played out compared to Turbo, which did not tackle the altered TSA, and left it clean. This is what happens when you begin to unravel time travel stories, I guess.
