One thing that surprises me is that there wasn't a lot more shakeup of the major items. I can probably skip level 2 completely until the end when I need the triforce, true, but so far, all the dungeons and items haven't really changed from how they were originally. So far, it's not a ton harder than a normal Zelda run, outside of needing to learn a new overworld layout.
Now, it's eased up quite a bit with what I get here. I'm a little lower on hearts than I usually would be, but a quick trip into level 4, where I'm guessing the ladder still is, would net me at least the heart on the east coast to remedy that a little bit.
