The Messenger released in 2018, and I didn't play it until the next year. It instantly became my favourite indie title, and just one of my favourite games in general. An action-platformer that is much more than meets the eye, with great pixel graphics, engaging and rewarding gameplay, and just an absolutely fantastic soundtrack. I am so excited to take you on this journey that will span two games!
This fourteenth video we climb up the Glacial Peak once again! Looks like we have some returning characters to catch up with!
A quick note on how I'm doing chapters for this. The Shopkeeper in this game has quite a bit of dialogue. So anytime we go into the shop to converse, I'll add it as a chapter. If I go into a shop just for upgrades, I won't add it as a chapter as it will be a quick visit.
