Let's Play the SMF2 Level Portal [Video 01]
25No, I'm not back for good; add on some computer related difficulties (Premiere Pro being uncooperative, and now a dead microphone). This and the next video are the last ones I recorded before my microphone stopped working. It's going to take even longer to return.
But all whining aside, this is the level portal for Super Mario Flash and SMF2 (I've labelled the videos as the latter because it's the more recent version). You will never be able to play them all, because there's a wide range in difficulty. The main two games are pretty basic, but it seems that one could modify it to allow anyone to create levels using a new selection of details.
The thing is, though, the harder part of this LP for me will probably be selecting the levels. Further, with Chaos Edition, I don't know if written permission is required to be able to play it (well, it can be played anyway, but would the creator be happy?) based on a certain "ignored" list. That could limit me for a little bit, especially if all the very good creators don't rely on the original SMF or SMF2.
