And so we begin the Wu story. It starts off pretty similar to Wei's story, with our heroes forced to work for a snake demon guy they don't really like. But it's more overt and less passive aggressive. Also, the series again takes advantage of the chance to make someone "new" the star (for Wu it's usually either Quan, who ruled Wu during most of the important battles, or Jian, who is kinda sorta the founder) by focusing on Sun Ce. Unlike Wei's story though, this time our main character is starting off supported entirely by people from his own future who don't even speak the same language he does (though they get by alright).
