Ghouls tend to have a bit of difficulty in the Sandworm tunnels due to their slower then normal movement and potential to get caught in the sand. But the very mobile Paradox Mage has little problem as I navigate the Sandworm tunnels without much incident - or at least much of a dangerous one.
