And operation time. If you don't care for score you can just use HT straight from the get go and finish the operation in 2 seconds flat, making this the fastest operation in the entire game. If you DO care for score, you're in for one hell of an operation because this is painful. Nothing you haven't seen already, except that the internal haemorrhages, as my spellchecker calls it, are detrimental for the patient. If one blows say goodbye to a ton of vitals, and possibly your XS, and if more than one goes BOOM say goodbye to the patient. You can 'treat' Tulba 'till kingdom come, the operation won't end until you use the HT or you run out of time/vitals, and only the HT will give you the 'good' failure
