0Ms whatever-her-name-is, impressed by our breaking the laws of physics fiddling with her amino acid puzzle, decided it would be a fun idea to put us in front of a camera crew and record an operation. Naturally they couldn't just install a simple security camera, they had to have an entire crew hosting a show in the O.R., during the operating itself no less. That, ladies and gents, is distracting...
And the limited tumor operating. I say "limited" because if you want an XS, vitals must stay above 45 at all times. If not, you lose the bonus (and I did at one point, but eh, savestates). In addition you have to deal with the camera crew taking pictures every now and then, which can mess you up severely, since one miss can kill two bonuses in one hit. Not to mention that wouldn't look very good on screen. This is one of the few gimmicks that effect me more because of my constant making good use of the slowdown button, since the screen stays white for a whole second or two.
