Raiding more of the HOA building, they find Tulba in Mercer's office, who wants to speak to Stiles. He's only able to yap about what I'm sure most figured out already, and then loses it completely. Thankfully he forgot a tiny detail about GUILT: Having a pathogen...thing in your lung moving about like a pinball on speed hurts. If only there was a doctor nearby to operate on him. Oh, wait.

Operation time: Sige. This guy's a bastard and a half. Inside the organ Sige will cause internal bleeding, which cause vitals to drop like a rock even if they don't blow up. Outside the organ it'll first cover the entire operation field with gas, and than proceed to use the guy's lung as a pinball machine while creating Pus and inflammation, both will decrease vitals, although not nearly as fast as the internal bleeding. Treatment plan is to fix the initial mess and max vitals, and than IMMEDIATELY get Sige out of the organ. In this operation on easier difficulty levels the internal bleeding won't kill Adel AS quickly, but on Hard or X-Sige the patient is as good as dead, and no amount of speed will correct that. Believe me, I tried. Once Sige is visible use the microphone (or in this case, hit R repeatedly) to get rid of the gas while spamming magic gel, which will stop Sige from moving about the place and damaging vitals. Treat the injuries, and raise vitals a bit. Stop Sige, cut his ass to bits, and repeat. At some point Sige will create 2 palate swaps of itself, which will do something bad if you hit either of them instead of the actual body. I don't know exactly WHAT since I never hit them, and truth be told I'm not going to find out.
