X-6, "Super" Sige. This guy is the hardest X operation by far, and indeed it WILL kill you dead if you're not fast enough (or, in my case, not smart). Treatment plan is to fix the initial mess minus 1, raise vitals, and get ready for hell. Suture the lacerations it creates and find AND extract Sige before it can create a haemorrhage, or the patient will suffer SERIOUS vital loss. Keep Sige and his clones busy with the magic gel to stop them from decreasing vitals, and treat the gas wound and the pus Sige conjures up. Raise vitals a bit while keeping Sige in check, and after that cut Sige. It'll dive back into the organ, which is your cue to get the ultra-sound ready. Sige will be close to where it dove into the organ, so you can and, indeed, must find it and extract it immediately. Don't and you'll get swamped with haemorrhages, which is is death sentence. If you find Sige and a haemorrhage it's passable, assuming you have the vitals to treat it. Also, don't bother treating anything while Sige is inside the organ, if you get in a position where it's necessary the patient is already dead, take it from the IDIOT who thought it was a good idea (for all of 2ยฝ minutes).
