Our party finds the ambassador of Neverwinter right in Neverwinter - tied up in the back room of a Kraken base accessible through the local tavern. (I'd shut down that tavern, if I were the local government!) We present ourselves to Lord Nasher afterwards, who presents us with a magical rod which casts Cone of Cold (just the thing for a hot summer day!).
