I think that we are now in the "Slay the Spire " alike era. Just like the "Vampire Surviver" era before. Within this era there will be plenty of games which are more or less generic and games which come with a fresh style update.
Union of Gnomes gave me that. I mean, it's not the best. But considering it's only in prologue mode it has potential to be one the ones which will rise between all the games. (Of course there are maybe others as well but I sadly didn't see them yet!)
So, in short - and as said. We have here a "Slay the Spire" alike game where you use gnomes this time. The game is hard, Yes! Which didn't bother me actually that much.
In short? It's a card battler with a nice story line (funny actually) and great potential!
