The closer we get to the item we need to end the haunting of the Ocean Hotel with the aid of the helpful ghost, the more the vengeful one is exerting their influence to try and stop us. The things flung at us would have taken out a normal person a long time ago, but we're a vampire now. That doesn't mean we should be complacent, however; we can and will experience our final night here.
The Ocean Hotel is one of the more memorable parts of the game, but it's far from the only spooky location we'll be visiting. Rest assured, Helen will be heading to much, much worse places before this story is done.
