I bought this game. I tested it out on the Meta Quest 2 using link cable. VR Tractor Farming or Farming Tractor is not a farming sim and it's not an open-world game. It's really a set of mini-experiences related around the farm, several of them involve driving a tractor. You can grow crops, feed animals, water plants, & drive to market, etc. The gameplay does feel like a set of mini-games, with VR interactions that are basic or unpolished. It's budget priced so I can forgive the simple & clunky gameplay and give this a neutral recommendation.
