We follow the blood trail to Sheriff Albright's house, and as our companion Snack had hinted, she's a bit picky about where her red meat comes from. Shockingly, this doesn't end in betrayal; Albright sincerely tries to serve the public, limits her feeding to convicted felons, and wants Cross dead as much as we do. Conveniently, eating Snack gives her knowledge of Cross' main hideout, and the good sheriff comes along for the showdown.

After some sidequests, of course. Aside from another bounty, we poke around a temple that once belonged to some Oneirists, and finally purchase a horsey that'll stick with us. Lord knows we could use the inventory space.
