The game begins with our protagonist, Shulk, and his friends Reyn and Sharla, out on a routine mission to collect some special ore called "Monado" from a nearby mountain. However, they are soon attacked by a mysterious mechanical creature known as a "Mechon" who destroys much of the mountain in the process. Shulk is the only one who escapes alive, but not unscathed - he loses his best friend Reyn in the attack.





Shulk is determined to get revenge against the Mechon, and so he sets out on a journey to find the legendary blade known as the Monado. Along the way he'll meet new friends and allies, each with their own unique abilities and skills. Together they'll stand against the might of the Mechon army and hopefully find a way to end the conflict once and for all.



Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is an action-RPG game that features a unique open-world environment to explore. The game is set on the planet of Alrest, which is home to a variety of different landscapes and locations. Players will take control of Shulk as he travels across the vast world, completing quests and defeating enemies along the way.



The combat system in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is based around the concept of "tethers." These are special attacks that can be performed by using certain characters' abilities in conjunction with one another. For example, one character might be able to tether themselves to an enemy, while another character attacks the enemy from behind. This system encourages players to experiment with different combinations of characters and abilities in order to find the most effective way to take down their foes.
