Let's get up to speed with Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds. So we've defeated Jack (well, in the game, in the anime the duel technically ended rather abruptly) and Yusei was captured and taken to the facility where he meets an old man named Tenzen who smuggled in a deck with some "illegal artifacts" as he calls them. However, they're confronted by a former dueling champion named Bolt Tanner who wipes the floor with Tenzen (we don't see that in the game). Yusei challenges Tanner to a duel but uses Tenzen's deck and let me just say now that this deck is kind of terrible. The cards are definitely made to work together and if you don't have the right cards in your hand, you're pretty much left defenseless for the most part. Needless to say this duel took me a few tries.
