I decided it was about time to continue The Legend of Zelda franchise on the Croakitoad channel, so here we go with the second game in the series. This one is frowned at for the most part, but actually carries over a lot of modern day game design like leveling up and farming for XP. The game is just ridiculously hard, which is akin for games that came out for this era. I had to get this one out of the way to unlock Link's Awakening and then the Nintendo 64 era of Zelda games, so it just had to be done. I save stated like a mofo throughout this playthrough, and I give all the props in the world to anyone who is able to beat this game legit without the use of them. Even on the Nintendo Switch version of this game (which I have), you are able to rewind and save anywhere, so it wasn't really a huge deal, but I always like putting that exclaimer out there for anyone watching.
