I've recently been calling this game the Dark Souls of dungeon crawlers because this really is a game where you are expected to die often and gain immunities to things in the future, such as resistances to certain boss attacks and the bosses too by dying from them.

Offline I've been grinding best as I can and realised I was on Difficulty 3 when the highest is 5, tried 5 and I got my ass handed to me from creatures that often didn't really cause me any problems! However, after unlocking workshop level 5 I've been crafting the best weapons I can and using strengtheners. Now I'm in this weird spot where my weapons are too powerful for creatures of difficulty 4, however, my armour is no good against difficulty 5 beasts where characters who even have the resistances against these beasts end up often dying in one hit.

Especially from the fucking shadow-man creature in the hospital stage! He's such a pain and on difficulty 5 easily kills people in a single hit or two. Especially as they have a unique kind of damage called "vile" that I've not encountered before.

Whilst offline I've been reassigning people's skills since the Reformer skill is now useless to me due to all the buildings having been completed.
