This one's a Rhythm Heaven clone and the upcoming complete game will be out on Steam as Pastel Parade with additional characters, additional mini-games, cutscenes and additional songs. This mini-game in Let's Splash or Pastel Parade is about the characters splashing water at suntanned persons to the beat of the music.
On the creative side of content creation, it shouldn't be a problem to come up with a Rhythm Heaven real life skit although skits based on other mini-games are going to require more efforts and permissions to happen.
