I played this right after beating Final Fantasy VII and watching Advent Children in like the same weekend and kinda loved it. When it first launched, I saw the commercial in a FuncoLand, assumed it was Final Fantasy XI and got really confused when I saw a trailer for Final Fantasy XII not too long afterward. Is it a good game? Probably not, but most of my favorite games aren't considered "good" anyway. Welcome to the second sequel to Final Fantasy 7 that nobody asked for!
