Let's Table top! (TTS: Red Dragon Inn) Part 4 (The real adventure begins and ends at the Inn!)
0The last one we played was certainly one hell of a game! We each play as fantasy characters and the aim of the game is to drink someone else under the table or empty them of all of their gold. Something that many who play TTRPGs may have joked or even experienced, depending on their characters, but it's great to see how this even works!
Something that I was a little worried about was how later expansions have more complex characters with new additional rules, however, this ended up being perfectly balanced! The creators behind this game are fucking geniuses! I mean it! Some of the more complex characters you'd think were playing an entirely different game, like bringing Magic the Gathering to a Yu-Gi-Oh table, however, unlike this example the game still works!
A big fear when adding additional characters, both in board games and video games is that if they aren't properly vetted, they break the game or become extremely under-powered but far the selection I didn't see this as an issue. It means you can enter, regardless of your experience, play a fun character and have a good time. I'd love to play this again, but we'll wait and see what happens in the future!

(This mod was the one we were after to get as many people as possible playing, but it requires the other two, to run. This is perfect if you have a large group of friends that you all want to play together as there is plenty of space for up to 10 players, if you need that many.
