2,271The actual game footage in this video is from standard Daggerfall, not Daggerfall Unity. Daggerfall Unity is a project design to recreate Daggerfall in the Unity engine. Unlike the XL Engine project also known as DaggerXL, the Daggerfall Unity project is not only advancing rapidly, but it also has multiple contributors and a budding modding scene. Unlike Morrowind, Oblivion, or Skyrim the game boasts one of the largest game spaces in gaming total and features crime systems like going to Court and convincing a jury of your innocence using skill checks. In many respects Morrowind was a dumbing down of Daggerfall, so it's nice to see this game getting some love from the community.
