1This is the equivelant of calling customer support, and yelling at a person that is calmly trying to help you, and trying to get them fired.
In their frustration, they are lashing out at the person t r y i n g to help them. I've worked in customer technical support before. I've dealt with frustrated, irate, angry customers before. I'm trained to calmly address the customer's problem while ignoring their hostility.
